Roles & Permissions

What each NQLA role can do, the data it can see, and the screens it uses.

  • Roles Overview

    The 11 NQLA roles, grouped into platform, company, and end-user tiers.

  • Super Admin

    Full platform control — holds all 297 permissions.

  • Admin

    Platform administrator, cross-tenant, short of unrestricted super-admin scope.

  • Staff

    Internal operations role — reviews inventory & orders, no master data.

  • Customer Support

    Strictly read-only — look up users, orders and subscriptions to assist customers.

  • Storage Company Admin

    Administrator of one storage company — manage staff, confirm inbound stock.

  • Storage Company Staff

    Operates a storage company — same as the storage admin minus user/company management.

  • Delivery Company Admin

    Administrator of one delivery company — manage drivers, dispatch assigned orders.

  • Delivery Company Staff

    Operates a delivery company — minus user management and driver assignment.

  • Pending Company

    New company awaiting approval — holds a single permission by design.

  • Driver

    Delivery driver — works assigned deliveries on the mobile API.

  • Client

    Merchant / seller — scoped strictly to their own records.
