Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of the NQLA platform — accounts, acceptable use, payments, liability and more.
Last updated: 17 July 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the NQLA platform (nqla.online) operated by nqla, Amman, Jordan. By creating an account or using the service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. The service
NQLA provides tools for order management, delivery, storage, inventory, subscriptions and related logistics for merchants, delivery companies, storage companies, drivers and administrators.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Business/company accounts may require approval.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use NQLA to handle illegal goods or activities, infringe others' rights, upload unlawful or harmful content, attempt to breach security, scrape or overload the service, or misuse other users' data. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Your data and your customers' data
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter, including recipient/customer personal data. You confirm you have the right to provide such data for order fulfilment. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Service notifications, platform announcements and our analytics practices are likewise governed by the Privacy Policy.
6. Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans are offered with the payment methods presented to you at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are purchased and managed via the website (nqla.online); the iOS app contains no purchase mechanism. Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel from your account. Promotional coupons and discounts apply according to their stated conditions and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Fees are shown in the platform. Unless stated or required by law, payments are non-refundable.
7. Wallet & withdrawals
Your platform wallet holds the earnings you accrue through the service. The wallet is withdrawal-only: it cannot be topped up with outside funds. You may withdraw your own available balance to your registered CliQ or bank details, subject to the withdrawal limits and settings applied by the platform administration. Settlements and reconciliation between merchants, delivery companies and storage companies are recorded in the platform's settlement ledger, which is the authoritative record of those balances.
8. Disputes & returns
Order disputes and return requests are handled through the platform's dispute and return flow. You must provide accurate information and genuine evidence; decisions on order state and any related settlement follow the recorded workflow. Misuse of the dispute process may lead to suspension.
9. Reviews & ratings
After a delivered order you may rate the assigned driver and the platform and leave a comment. Reviews must be honest, based on a real experience, and free of abusive, defamatory or unlawful content. We may moderate, hide or remove reviews that violate these Terms.
10. Roles & responsibilities
Merchants, delivery companies, storage companies and drivers each act as independent parties using NQLA to coordinate their services. NQLA provides the platform; it does not itself deliver or store goods.
11. Intellectual property
The platform, its software, design and content (excluding your own data) are owned by nqla and may not be copied, resold or reverse-engineered.
12. Availability & disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, though we work to keep the platform secure and reliable.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, nqla is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses arising from your use of the service or the acts of other users. In all cases, nqla's aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is capped at the fees you paid to nqla in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
14. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the law. You may stop using the service at any time. You can close your account yourself from Privacy & Your Data in your account: deletion takes effect after a 30-day grace period, after which your account is anonymized while financial records required by law are retained — see the Privacy Policy for the details of data export, deletion and retention.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms and will post the updated version here with a new date. Material changes will also be notified within the platform via announcements. Continued use means acceptance.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan; disputes are subject to the competent courts of Amman.
