Wallet & Withdrawals
What this is & why it matters
Your wallet is where your money sits on NQLA. It is credited by refunds and dispute resolutions and debited by failed-delivery charges and your withdrawals. When you want the money in your bank, you submit a Withdrawal Request.
Step by step: cash out
- Go to Wallet (
/admin/wallet) and click Withdraw. - Enter the Amount (at least 1; cannot exceed your wallet balance).
- Choose a Method:
- IBAN — enter your IBAN (10 to 34 characters).
- CliQ — choose a CliQ type (phone or alias), enter the CliQ value, pick your CliQ bank, and enter the recipient name (letters, spaces, apostrophes, periods, hyphens).
- Submit. The request starts at pending. Your bank details are stored encrypted.

- pending — submitted, awaiting review.
- approved — your wallet is debited and a receipt is attached.
- rejected
- cancelled
Tips & common mistakes
- You can’t withdraw more than your balance. The amount must be at least 1 and within what’s available.
- Your wallet is debited at approval, not submission. A
pendingwithdrawal hasn’t deducted anything yet. - Double-check bank details. They’re encrypted at rest, but a wrong IBAN/CliQ value still means a failed payout.
